IMSERV Europe Ltd is seeking a Senior Field Operations Lead to support the Alt HAN Crowded Meter Room project across the UK. You will act as the technical authority for field delivery teams, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality works through governance, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
You will oversee technicians, monitor workmanship, conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, support CDM2015 compliance, and drive continuous improvement while reporting against KPIs.
