PURPOSE OF ROLE: The Utilities Account Manager will focus on ensuring the delivery of data collection, metering, and customer services in line with commercial contracts, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the commercial management of a group of clients within a dedicated channel. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Be an active lead in contributing to the Third-Party Intermediary and End User account management strategy. Contribute to the management of the business as a part of the wider Commercial function Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with end user and partnerships key accounts.
