About the Role
The purpose of the role is to bring proven experience as a Business Analyst working on SaaS products within agile delivery environments. You will play a key role within the IMSERV Astral Product Team and will be responsible for validating and translating market opportunities into clear, actionable requirements that the Astral development teams can deliver with confidence, while supporting the wider product strategy. You will also support commercial bids and propositions to help roll out IMSERV Astral to new and existing clients, while working closely with IMSERV's operations, IT, commercial and customer-facing teams to assess dependencies and understand the potential impact of new requirements across the business.
This is not a traditional requirements-gathering role. We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong product mindset who can engage directly with customers and stakeholders, understand the underlying business need behind requests and ensure proposed solutions align with the strategic direction of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Director and Technical Architect to understand and translate market needs into detailed product requirements, engaging IT, operations, commercial and customer-facing teams to draw out and challenge business processes to ensure the target outcomes can be delivered effectively, including structured stakeholder and customer interviews as needed.
- Act as the voice of the product, balancing customer requirements with the broader product strategy and platform roadmap.
