M&A Analyst

PURPOSE OF ROLE: The M&A Analyst is responsible for providing insights and support to the IMServ M&A processes, covering deal origination, deal pipeline management, valuation and returns calculations, live opportunity execution and post-acquisition integration activities. This role involves complex financial modelling covering sensitised forecasting, funding structures and managing data/information flows to support IMServs M&A strategy and ensure Corporate and Private Equity Financial-Backer financial objectives are met.
