Shifts Available: Sunday to Friday Night Shift: 21:30 to 06:30 or job to finish. Monday to Saturday Day Shift: 07:00 to 16:00 or job to finish.
We are currently seeking an experienced Poultry Cutter / Butcher to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing poultry products to required specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Duties:
- Cut, trim, and prepare poultry products according to company specifications
- Handle raw poultry safely and hygienically
- Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Use knives and cutting equipment safely
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
Experience & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a poultry cutter or butcher preferred
- Confident and safe use of knives and cutting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to a maximum of 23kg
- Good attention to detail
- Basic communication skills in English
