Junior Account Manager in North West London

Salary: £12.21 per hour 46 hour week

Monday Friday: 7:30am 4:30pm

Saturday: 5:30am 10:30am

Order Taking and Processing: Receiving and processing customer orders via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring accuracy in order details and invoicing. ?

Answering Incoming and Outgoing Calls: Handling customer inquiries, providing information about products or services, and addressing any concerns. ?

Invoicing: Issuing invoices for sales transactions, ensuring all details are correct and payments are processed appropriately. ?

Daily Administrative Tasks: Managing customer records, updating databases, and maintaining organized sales documentation. ?

Liaising with Factory Departments: Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. ?

Selling Daily Specials: Promoting and selling special offers or products as directed by the senior account manager. ?

Working with Transport Teams: Collaborating with transportation departments to optimize delivery schedules and ensure efficient order fulfilment.
