About the Role

As Product Manager, you will own the product direction and delivery outcomes for our Electronic Patient Record (EPR), Patient Administration System (PAS) and clinical module portfolio across public and independent healthcare providers. You will be accountable for converting customer and market needs into a clear, evidence-based roadmap, ensuring our products are safe, usable, interoperable, and commercially successful. You will also lead and govern the AI roadmap for the product portfolio, identifying high-value AI opportunities, shaping a responsible AI strategy, and ensuring the safe delivery of AI-enabled features that improve clinical, operational, and patient outcomes. This role would suit an experienced Product professional ready to step into broader strategic ownership, or a Product Manager looking to deepen their impact in regulated healthcare.

Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

    • Act as a forward-thinking product leader, bringing evidence-led innovation into a regulated healthcare environment.
    • Translate customer, clinical and market needs into clear, outcome‐based priorities and high‐quality requirements.
  • Discovery and Delivery
    • Lead continuous product discovery to understand workflows, pain points and opportunities.
    • Drive backlog prioritisation and delivery execution in partnership with Engineering, balancing value, quality, risk and feasibility.
    • Ensure alignment with clinical safety, quality, regulatory and governance requirements throughout product development.
    • Strengthen interoperability, data quality and platform foundations to support scalability and long-term growth.
  • AI
    • Define and execute the AI roadmap, identifying high-value AI use cases aligned to healthcare outcomes.
    • Ensure responsible AI delivery, with governance and appropriate human oversight built-in by design.
  • Team Leadership and Culture
    • Mentor and develop Product talent and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
    • Support recruitment and succession planning to strengthen the Product function.
