Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in marketing and technical expertise to lead and execute a range of innovative client projects. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with data and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will combine project management proficiency with a deep understanding of on and offline marketing principles and technical processes to drive impactful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects related to data and marketing technology integrations. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Track project milestones, identify risks, and take proactive measures to resolve issues and keep the project on schedule.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Collaborate with data and development teams to plan, execute, and optimise delivery of activities for new and existing clients.
  • Technical Coordination: Work closely with the data and development teams to ensure that technical requirements for platforms, tools, or campaigns are met. Oversee integrations and optimisations, ensuring smooth implementation across various systems. Be the bridge between client and internal teams, translating marketing needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and successes to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management with a focus on marketing and technical projects. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering cross-functional projects, especially in marketing and technology. Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing platforms. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Adobe suite, HubSpot, Salesforce). Strong technical background or experience in working closely with IT teams or software development projects.
  • Skills: Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and marketing software.
