We are seeking experienced Live-In Carers to provide 24/7 personalised care, mobility support, meal preparation, and companionship to adults across England. You will live in the client’s home and support their independence, safety, and wellbeing. Flexible rota patterns such as 2/2 or 3/3 ensure the right balance between work and extended breaks.
As a Live-In Carer, you will provide round-the-clock support for adults in their own homes, assisting with personal care, medication, mobility, emotional wellbeing, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment. This role suits carers who value meaningful one-to-one work, stable weekly pay, and flexible rota options across England.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 personalised home care, including delivering one-to-one personal care, supporting mobility needs, preparing nutritious meals, maintaining a clean environment, offering emotional support, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines to ensure comfort, dignity, and daily wellbeing.
- Support mobility, transfers, safe movement around the home, and help prevent falls by maintaining a stable and safe environment.
- Help prepare meals, assist with daily routines, and help maintain a comfortable home setting that supports health and independence.
- Right to work in the UK: You must have valid right-to-work documentation to be considered for this role.
- Commitment: You must be able to commit to live-in rotas such as 2/2 or 3/3 for continuity of care.
- Enhanced DBS check: A valid Enhanced DBS is required, or you must be willing to obtain one before starting.
