We are recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to support services across England, including acute wards, psychiatric units, community teams, and supported services. You will deliver specialist mental health care, administer medication, manage risk, support individuals in crisis, and work closely with MDTs. Flexible shifts and excellent pay provided.

About the role

Whats this role about?

As an RMN, you will deliver specialist mental health care across a range of services including acute psychiatric wards, community teams, and supported environments. Your role includes medication administration, crisis support, risk assessment, documentation, and promoting recovery, safety, and wellbeing. Flexible nationwide opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include assessing mental health needs, administering medication, supporting individuals during crisis, managing risks, updating clinical documentation, working with MDTs, and promoting recovery, wellbeing, and safety across various mental health services.

Medication & Treatment

Administer medication and follow treatment plans, ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper recording for each intervention.

Crisis Intervention

Support individuals in crisis through de-escalation, safety monitoring, and continuous emotional and clinical support.

Detailed Documentation

Maintain accurate patient notes, assessments, and risk observations to support safe and effective care planning.

Qualification

Right to work in the UK

You must provide valid documentation confirming your right to work in the United Kingdom.

Compliance

Enhanced DBS check

A current Enhanced DBS is required or must be obtained before starting.

Active NMC PIN

A valid NMC PIN is essential for delivering regulated mental health nursing care.

Experience

Mental health experience

Experience in acute wards or community mental health settings is required.

Clear communication is essential for supporting patients, families, and clinical teams.
