SeAH Wind is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the delivery of our Training strategy across the Teesworks facility in the UK. The role focuses on developing the workforce, managing apprenticeship programmes, and partnering with external providers to ensure high-quality learning solutions that align with business goals.
You will work with the Training Manager, Technical Trainer, and operations leaders to deliver learning solutions, monitor compliance, and drive workforce development.
