Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced Incident and Risk Manager for a 6 Month FTC to lead end-to-end incident handling across a remote-first healthcare organisation. The role focuses on timely investigations, learning culture, and a robust risk framework aligned with CQC, ISO standards, and NHS regulations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate complex investigations, manage the risk register, and produce governance reports while enabling safe, compliant patient care with flexible working.
