We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment & HR Officer to join our HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the business during an exciting period of growth. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
This is a predominantly recruitment-focused role, responsible for helping us attract, recruit, and onboard talented individuals across the organisation. Working closely with hiring managers, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the business to meet its hiring objectives.
Alongside recruitment responsibilities, you will provide general HR support to the wider team, assisting with employee lifecycle activities, HR administration, and the delivery of an efficient and responsive HR service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with HR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a direct impact on organisational growth and success.
