- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and support the implementation of mitigation plans.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Prepare regular project reports, updates, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
- Support risk management and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in resolving project challenges and escalating issues where necessary.
- Ensure project processes, standards, and governance requirements are followed.
About You
- Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar project support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing project schedules, progress reports, and action plans.
- Ability to analyse project performance and track progress against milestones.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working within a project management environment from project conception through to delivery.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.
- Experience using project management software and planning tools.
- PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent project management certification.
What You'll Bring
You will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project delivery. You'll have the ability to build strong relationships, coordinate competing priorities, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
