Performance Marketing and Growth Manager- Remote

The Performance Marketing & Growth Manager is responsible for driving high-quality consumer demand by understanding how people research, evaluate and decide to access mental health services.

The role focuses on aligning marketing activity, media channels and digital experience with the real needs of consumers at different stages of their journey. Working closely with Digital, Proposition, Customer Growth and Marketing teams, the role helps ensure Clinical Partners is visible and compelling throughout the consumer research and decision process.
