Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre (part of the Clinical Partners Group) is looking for an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an interest in neurodevelopmental conditions (ADHD) to join our Oxford team offering face‑to‑face appointments on a self‑employed basis.
Responsibilities
- Carry out assessments for ADHD for children and young people.
- Conduct ADHD medication clinics and produce clinical reports for all assessments.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team and provide advice and support to GPs, other relevant professionals and service users on ADHD medications.
- Respond to parents’ queries by email or telephone.
Qualifications
- Full registration with the GMC (Specialist Register).
- Membership with the MRCPsych UK (or equivalent qualification).
- Valid license to practice.
- Part‑time applications considered; sessions will be required to be carried out on site at our Oxford clinics.
- DBS Check Requirement
This position requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check before commencing employment.
