Clinical Partners, a leading mental health service provider, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our engineering team and help shape the future of our Salesforce platform. This is a remote‑first role with occasional travel to London, offering the opportunity to combine hands‑on technical leadership with meaningful, purpose‑driven work that supports mental health services across the UK.
As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will own the design and delivery of scalable solutions, lead a small team of developers, and work closely with Product and Architecture to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will also play a key role in driving technical standards and shaping the platform’s direction. Key Responsibilities- Leading the design and implementation of solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
- Acting as the technical authority for your squad, providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviews
- Building scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations
- Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to shape technical direction and architecture decisions
- Designing and delivering integrations using APIs and event‑driven approaches
- Owning end‑to‑end delivery—from design through to deployment and support
- Driving engineering best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement
We’re looking for a strong, hands‑on Salesforce professional who has stepped into leadership or is ready to do so.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer stepping up
- Deep technical expertise in:
- Apex (triggers & flows essential)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- JavaScript
- Strong experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience designing integrations and working with APIs
- Platform Developer II certification (essential)
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
- Application Architect or similar certifications
- Experience in a regulated or healthcare environment
- Exposure to Experience Cloud or MuleSoft
- £80,000 annual salary
