We are looking for experienced Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our growing network of clinicians. Whether you prefer to work remotely, from one of our clinics in London, Bristol or Oxford, or on a hybrid basis, you’ll have the flexibility to work in a way that suits you while helping more patients access the care they need.

Opportunities are available remotely, on‑site in London, Bristol and Oxford, or on a hybrid basis. There are no minimum hour commitments or activity targets, giving you genuine flexibility around your professional and personal priorities.

Clinical excellence and support

Our services operate through NICE‑aligned pathways and are supported by experienced Clinical Leadership teams and robust clinical governance. You’ll have the autonomy to practise independently while being part of a wider multidisciplinary team committed to delivering safe, evidence‑based care. You’ll also have access to support with revalidation and appraisals through our Responsible Officer, alongside experienced operational teams who help ensure every patient journey runs smoothly.

The role

You’ll deliver high‑quality psychiatric assessments and ongoing care for children and young people, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments
  • Diagnosing ADHD, Autism and other mental health conditions
  • Developing personalised treatment plans
  • Conducting medication reviews and prescribing where appropriate
  • Producing high‑quality clinical reports
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver the best possible patient outcomes

What you’ll need

  • GMC Specialist Registration
  • MRCPsych (or equivalent)
  • Consultant CAMHS Psychiatrist experience
  • Experience assessing and treating ADHD and Autism in children and young people
  • Experience using Young DIVA‑5 and ADI‑R
  • Excellent communication and clinical report‑writing skills
  • Strong understanding of mental health legislation, safeguarding and risk assessment
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Legal right to work in the UK
