Job Description:

Support students across mainstream and SEND schools through planning, mentoring, and tailored interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver Schemes of Work
  • Mentor students 1-to-1 and in groups
  • Support students to overcome barriers to learning
  • Guide pupils through practical qualifications
  • Write reports and supervise staff

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate (Level 4 preferred)
  • Experience in small group or 1:1 interventions
