Impulse Leisure are currently seeking motivated Leisure Attendants (Lifeguards) to join our team, to undertake a range of duties in the wet and dry areas of our centres, overseeing the general safety and behaviour of the public to prevent injury, misuse and damage to our facilities. Candidates must hold a current RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
Due to the nature of activities undertaken (i.e. regulated activity with children), this post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. Any provisional offer of employment made will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate, to include an annually renewed DBS Update Service subscription for the purposes of ongoing satisfactory status checks throughout employment, in accordance with Company Policies.
(Variable working patterns to include early mornings, late evenings, weekend and bank holiday working hours)
- Belhus Park Position 1: Monday 6.30am-2pm, Thursday 2pm-10pm, Total Hours – 15.5 hours per week
- Belhus Park Position 2: Monday 2pm-10pm, Tuesday 1.30pm-10pm, Thursday 2pm-10pm, Total Hours – 24.5 hours per week
- Corringham Position 1: 37 hours per week, 3-week rota
- Corringham Position 2: Sunday 07:30am–16:30pm, Total hours: 9 per week
