Our Ideal Candidate
We'relooking for someone whodoesn'tjust manage projects but actively drives them forward.You'llbe commercially aware, proactive in your approach, and comfortable challenging the status quo to improve how we work.
You will have experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and working with senior managers, external partners, and wider teams to ensure projects stay on track.You'llbe confident communicating progress, managing timelines, and keeping key stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Most importantly,you'llbring energy, accountability, and a genuine desire to help Impulse Decisions continue to grow and evolve.
- Previousexperience as a Technical Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role.
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM.
- Knowledge of email automation and sequencing.
- Experience managing website, CRM, digital transformation, or business systems projects.
- Understanding of AI tools and how they can be used to improve business processes and productivity.
- Experience coordinating third-party suppliers, designers, agencies, or developers.
