En Grupo Improving buscamos un jefe de equipo que será el nexo entre el equipo y la organización de la operativa, asegurando que el personal a su cargo funcione de forma segura, eficiente y cumpliendo los estándares de calidad.
Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Dar soporte a la operativa utilizando la maquinaria de almacén, como un compañero más.
- Coordinar y organizar el trabajo diario del equipo de almacén.
- Distribuir tareas y realizar el seguimiento de la actividad del turno.
- Resolver incidencias operativas y asegurar la continuidad del servicio.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y productividad.
- Formar y acompañar a las nuevas incorporaciones.
- Colaborar con el coordinador logístico en la mejora continua de los procesos.
