Overview
To complete the full installation of combi swaps, FTCH & Conventional installs for a leading renewable installation company situated in the North West.
What you’ll do
- Decommission and remove the existing combi boiler safely.
- Install the new combi boiler, including flue system, pipework, and fittings.
- Flush and clean the heating system (chemical flush or power flush if required).
- Upgrade components as needed – such as filters, controls, or condensate pipework.
- Connect and test all gas, water, and electrical supplies in line with manufacturer and Gas Safe requirements.
- Commission the boiler, check combustion readings, and complete benchmark documentation.
- Test for gas tightness and ensure there are no leaks.
- Register the installation with the manufacturer and relevant authorities (Gas Safe Register).
- Demonstrate operation to the customer and provide advice on use and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with current gas safety and building regulations (Part L, Part J, etc.).
