Your Mission
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be the owner of Improbable's content channels and the creative force behind Improbable's social media presence. You will own the full content lifecycle, from strategy to execution, across all platforms, leveraging cutting‐edge AI tools and workflows to produce high-quality content at scale. Your Opportunity
- Social Media Ownership: Own and manage Improbable's presence across all relevant social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and others). Develop platform‐specific strategies that grow the audience, deepen engagement, and build brand authority.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Lead Improbable's owned content channels end‐to‐end, from editorial strategy and content calendar to production, publication and performance reporting. Ensure all content is on‐brand, on‐message and consistently high quality.
- AI‐Powered Content Creation: Leverage generative AI tools and modern content workflows to produce compelling copy, visuals and multimedia creatives at scale. Stay ahead of emerging tools and formats, bringing innovation to the content function.
- Community Growth: Monitor and engage with Improbable's online communities and audiences, fostering meaningful conversations and growing a loyal, engaged following across channels.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Track, measure and report on content and channel performance using data‐driven insights. Continuously test, learn and optimise to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
- Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team, leadership and ventures in the Improbable portfolio to align content with key business moments, product launches and venture milestones.
Why You're Made For This
- Minimum 5 years of hands‐on experience in social media management and content creation, with a track record of building brand presence for well‐known tech or consumer companies.
- A strong, demonstrable portfolio of work, showcasing creativity, strategic thinking, platform fluency and measurable results across organic channels.
- Proven experience working with and leveraging AI tools for content creation (e.g. generative copy, image, video tools), with a genuine curiosity to stay at the leading edge.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience working closely with senior executives and translating their expertise into compelling social content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content formats and best practice; comfortable across both B2B and B2C content contexts.
- Strong written communication skills and a distinctive editorial voice, with a native ability to adapt tone and style across platforms and audiences.
- Data literate and results‐oriented: comfortable with analytics tools and using performance data to inform decisions.
- Experience in or genuine passion for AI, web3, crypto or emerging technology sectors is highly desirable.
