Improbable is seeking its founding designer for Bolter to rethink how users create, understand and work with AI agents across the product. You will own the agent-building experience, the workspace to steer agents, and the applications those agents generate.
You’ll build a design system from the ground up, decide which parts of the current experience evolve, and establish interaction patterns that scale as Bolter grows. Join early, shape the feel of collaboration with agents.
