Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Attendant to oversee services and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check‑in/check‑out procedures, handling inquiries, and supervising front desk operations. The role also involves financial transactions, inventory management, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates are committed to excellence, detail‑oriented, and possess strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check‑in/check‑out
- Handle reservations and inquiries
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
