From concept to delivery, we manage the entire process: sourcing quality products, overseeing production, managing quality control, and ensuring timely delivery. Our clients leverage our expertise to strengthen brand loyalty, drive customer engagement, and create memorable marketing campaigns that stand out.

We are expanding rapidly into EMEA as part of our strategic growth. Our EMEA head office is based in Dublin, and we have recently established a UK branch with a high-performing team. This is an opportunity to join a newly formed operation during its critical growth phase, working alongside two established colleagues in the UK who bring deep expertise in our business model and client relationships. As we scale, we are planning to establish a physical office and warehouse in the UK with hybrid working arrangements. You will initially work fully remote, collaborating with your colleagues across operations, supply chain, client success, and merchandising. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow with a scaling business and make a tangible impact on our EMEA launch.

Join our growing EMEA team as an Account Executive/Brand Associate and become an essential part of our client success story. In this role, you'll support multiple accounts, learning our unique processes while developing strong relationships with our clients and vendors. Your diverse responsibilities will span product sourcing, client communication, production management, order administration, and providing crucial operational support to our Brand Managers and leadership team – all aimed at delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations & Brand Management Support: Provide general support to Brand Managers and leadership as needed. Attend customer meetings to discuss account priorities, project timelines, planning, and overall strategy. Manage client communications, deliver excellent customer service, and provide general operational support. Work in conjunction with Brand Managers on various aspects of client projects, from initial concept through delivery. Manage and drive project schedules in cooperation with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery to clients.
  • Product Sourcing & Vendor Management: Conduct competitive bidding, procurement, price negotiations, and budgeting with vendors. Research and identify new vendors and products to offer clients relevant, high-quality, cost-effective options. Liaise with management, internal departments, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative product solutions.
  • Order Administration: Process and manage sales orders from client submission through fulfillment and invoicing. Coordinate order details with vendors, internal production teams, and logistics partners. Track order status, manage delivery timelines, and communicate progress to clients. Ensure accuracy of order data across systems and reconcile discrepancies between internal records and external platforms.
  • Production Management & Quality Control: Manage production efforts from preliminary art and design through final delivery, matching all client specifications and quality requirements. Perform multi‑stage quality control procedures, including review of print proofs, data processing, artwork editing, and final inspection. Maintain documentation of quality checks and address any production issues promptly.
  • E-Commerce & Inventory Management: Organize and communicate product information for web store creation and management. Maintain accurate product data and oversee inventory orders to ensure stock availability.
  • Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Suggest and implement practical enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in related fields: promotional products, print production, ad specialties, advertising, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
