We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced support workers to join our team to work around Dorset & surrounding areas. You will provide crucial support to individuals with complex needs. This role requires strong documentation skills, maintaining accurate records and the ability to be flexible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personalised care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, community support including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Documenting observations, interventions, and any changes in clients' condition accurately and promptly.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 months' experience as a support worker in the UK.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, and waking night shifts as required.
