Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced support workers to join our team. You will provide crucial support to individuals with complex needs. This role requires strong documentation skills, maintaining accurate records and the ability to be flexible.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personalised care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, community support including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Documenting observations, interventions, and any changes in clients' condition accurately and promptly.
- Ensuring the safety and well‑being of client at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months' experience as a support worker in the UK.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Compassionate and patient‑centred approach to care.
- Flexibility to work full‑time, part‑time, and waking night shifts as required.
