Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer in Healthcare located in Bournemouth and Southampton. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and Support Workers, ensuring staff are well-equipped to provide quality care to clients. The Trainer will also be involved in developing training materials, assessing staff competencies, and conducting training evaluations.
