The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join our award-winning People Team as a People Operations Partner. We are looking for a collaborative, proactive People Operations Partner to optimise our employee lifecycle, champion our agency culture, and partner our managers to drive successful outcomes for our people.

Salary: £37,900

Requirements

  • Team Mentorship: Line manage and support our People Operations and Talent Manager, acting as a sounding board and guiding them on recruitment strategies and day-to-day HR operational execution.
  • Business Partnering: Act as the main point of contact for department heads (Paid Media, Organic Media, Commercial, Technology) to help them manage capacity, resolve employee relations issues, and identify training needs.
  • Employee Experience: Own and elevate key stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring our hybrid work policies, progression frameworks, and wellbeing initiatives keep our teams motivated.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee our HRIS, data reporting, and compliance frameworks, ensuring our processes and internal policies are streamlined and effective.
  • Culture & Engagement: Work closely with the team to design Impact events, feedback loops, and initiatives that maintain our distinct agency culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Agency Experience: A couple of years of experience in a People Ops or HR Generalist role—specifically within a digital agency, tech startup, or creative studio.
  • People Management: Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching at least one junior HR/Talent professional.
  • The "Partner" Mindset: You are a natural relationship-builder who can confidently advise line managers while remaining highly approachable to the wider team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating and optimising modern HRIS platforms and Google Workspace.
  • Pragmatic & Solution-Oriented: You know how to balance strict compliance with the flexible, creative realities of a busy agency.
