Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum + Annual Bonus + Company Car

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30

About The Role

As Regional Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by winning new business and maximising opportunities within an existing customer base. You’ll be out in the field building strong relationships, promoting a full range of services and working closely with local management to deliver results against clear targets. This role is ideal for a driven, commercially minded sales professional who thrives on face to face interaction, enjoys taking ownership of a territory and is motivated by exceeding expectations.

Duties

  • Drive revenue growth by proactively managing an assigned territory, targeting new business and developing existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Promote the organisation’s full range of services and solutions through face to face meetings, site visits and outbound outreach.
  • Collaborate with local management to plan and execute strategies for customer retention, reactivating dormant accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, quotes and activity reports to support effective account management.
  • Monitor performance against objectives, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting approaches to exceed targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently face to face and over the phone.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a personable negotiator who can build lasting relationships.
  • Comfortable using computers and common software to manage accounts, reports and customer communications.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Compensation and Notes

As the successful Regional Sales Executive, you will receive a salary of £30,000 – £40,000 per annum dependent on experience, along with an expensed company car and a site performance based bonus scheme.
