Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for live vacancies using internal databases, specialist job boards and LinkedIn.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with candidates to ensure an exceptional match to client vacancies.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering interview preparation and advice.
- Assist with CV formatting and presentation to ensure candidates’ profiles stand out.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement to offer stage and onboarding.
- Provide feedback to both clients and candidates at every stage of the process.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in internal databases.
- Proactively promote job opportunities to new and existing candidates.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and culture.
- Advertise job vacancies effectively across multiple platforms.
- Attend meetings with candidates and clients to strengthen working relationships.
- Participate in networking events to source new talent and expand market knowledge.

- Previous experience within Recruitment is essential.
