Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Handle incoming enquiries both in person and over the telephone with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to colleagues across the business.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently.
- Maintain accurate archiving systems and records.
