Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression.
  • Handle incoming enquiries both in person and over the telephone with confidence and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues across the business.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate archiving systems and records.
  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support office operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a receptionist, administrative or customer facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
