Responsibilities:
- Operate various machinery to ensure production is maintained whilst ensuring key targets are achieved.
- Help to perform routine maintenance on machinery to limit and prevent breakdowns.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to foster a safe working environment.
- Monitor quality of products during the production process, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation surrounding production.
- Complete change over of machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Help to meet production deadlines and targets.
- Work in line with all Health and Safety requirements.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Previous experience working within a similar environment.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
- Fork Lift Licence (highly preferable).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with great attention to detail.
- Health and Safety conscious.
- Great communication skills.
- Team player mentality.
