Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a motivated and proactive Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities and managing customer accounts. The role combines proactive business development with account management responsibilities to provide customers with tailored solutions and an exceptional level of service. Strong organisation, communication and problem solving skills will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the full client journey
- Manage customer accounts and support ongoing client requirements, ensuring a proactive and solutions focused approach
- Build, develop and nurture your own customer portfolio and database to encourage long term partnerships and repeat business
- Handle inbound enquiries and customer queries professionally, efficiently and with a customer first mindset
- Provide accurate quotations and pricing information in line with business requirements and customer expectations
- Identify opportunities to maximise customer value, support account growth and increase revenue opportunities
- Manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively within a fast paced environment
- Carry out proactive outbound activity to develop new business opportunities and expand your client base
- Work collaboratively towards individual and team performance targets while contributing positively to the wider business growth
- Previous experience within a sales, account management or customer facing role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self motivated with a proactive and results driven approach
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to generate repeat business and account growth
