Our client is a vibrant and fast growing company based in Leeds. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Content Marketing Specialist.
This is an opportunity for a self starter who loves taking ownership. You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, run with them and genuinely influence the direction of the company's marketing activity rather than simply executing someone else's plan.
As Digital Content Marketing Specialist You Will:
- Take ownership of the content strategy and bring fresh ideas to life across digital channels, helping shape how the brand is seen and experienced by customers.
- Create compelling, high impact content across social media, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, website pages and other marketing channels that engages audiences and drives commercial results.
- Be the driving force behind the company's social media presence, developing content plans, managing activity and growing engagement across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook and emerging platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic and lead generation through creative and innovative content initiatives.
- Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of relevant, engaging and timely content across all digital touchpoints.
- Write persuasive, brand aligned copy that informs, engages and converts, while maintaining a strong and consistent tone of voice.
- Take ideas from concept through to execution, working with a high degree of autonomy and confidence to deliver campaigns that make an impact.
- Partner closely with the Graphic Designer to bring campaigns to life through engaging visual and written content.
- Play an active role in shaping marketing campaigns, contributing ideas, challenging thinking and identifying new ways to connect with target audiences.
- Work collaboratively across the business to uncover stories, insights and opportunities that can be transformed into engaging marketing content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments and emerging content formats to ensure marketing activity remains fresh, relevant and effective.
- Monitor, analyse and report on content and campaign performance, using data and insights to continuously refine and improve results.
- Drive initiatives that enhance online visibility, strengthen brand positioning and generate qualified leads for the business.
- Act as a trusted member of the marketing team, bringing energy, initiative and a proactive approach to everything you do.
Skills & Experience Expected:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in content creation, either within an in house team or agency setting.
- Solid background in B2B marketing is essential.
- Strong ability to craft compelling, sales driven content that blends storytelling with a clear commercial focus.
- Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and managing professional conversations.
- Able to execute a defined content strategy while also contributing fresh ideas and creative input.
- Proactive, hands on approach with a genuine enthusiasm for growing brand visibility and engagement.
- A creative thinker with the initiative to develop and deliver original content and campaign concepts.
In Return You Will Receive:
- Salary offering of £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm.
