Salary: £24,000- £25,000 pa

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, Flexible working patterns

Our well established and respected client is looking for a Junior Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an education leaver looking to start their career in an office environment. However, our client would also welcome applications from experienced administrators seeking a supportive administrative role.

In this role, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly by updating records, organising files, managing documents and supporting colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll gain valuable experience using business systems, working with important information and developing key workplace skills. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adding customer information onto computer system.
  • Creating and updating customer files and records.
  • Filing and storing completed paperwork correctly.
  • Making sure information is entered accurately and kept up to date.
  • Supporting different teams with general admin tasks.
  • Scanning, filing and organising documents.
  • Helping keep the office running smoothly with day to day administrative duties.
Skills & Experience Required
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when working with information.
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage different tasks.
