Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

As a Systems & Analytics Technician, you’ll help develop and maintain digital dashboards, create insightful reports and support the delivery of new technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically curious individual who enjoys working with data, solving problems and contributing to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance digital dashboards and control platforms.
  • Support the implementation and management of dashboards using tools like JavaScript and MQTT or similar technologies.
  • Assist in building, testing and improving software solutions to capture and visualise operational data.
  • Create reports and visual insights using tools such as Power BI or automation platforms to inform decision making.
  • Work with colleagues to optimise data flows, system processes and platform performance.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate new approaches where appropriate.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within dashboards or connected systems.
  • Contribute technical ideas and solutions to help innovate and continuously improve platform functionality.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience or familiarity with JavaScript, MQTT and similar technologies; training will be provided to build your skills.
  • Comfortable working with dashboards or reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Automate, with support to learn on the job.
  • Curious and enthusiastic about using data and technology to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Good communication skills to work collaboratively with the team and support client needs.
