An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Support Compliance Manager to join a fast paced, regulated services environment on an 18 month fixed term contract. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading the Sales Administration/support function, ensuring operational excellence, robust compliance and consistently high levels of service. You will play a key part in driving performance, improving processes and supporting both team and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day to day operations of the Sales Administration team
- Ensure delivery of accurate, efficient and customer focused administrative support
- Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs, performance metrics and service levels
- Coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations, internal policies and control frameworks
- Manage escalations and resolve complex customer, lender or operational issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lender partners
- Identify, lead and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Support high standards of customer service to drive satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide accurate MI and performance reporting to senior management
- Support training, onboarding and ongoing development of the team
