Hours: Wednesday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join their team, supporting the legal team across a wide range of matters while helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of operations. This role would suit someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and handle telephone calls, emails and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure client enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Operate a digital dictation system for correspondence and documentation.
  • Use the case management system for maintaining client files.
  • Undertake file opening, archiving and day to day filing using paper lite systems.
  • Provide support with billing and payments.
  • Manage electronic diaries, arrange client meetings and organise conference rooms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support across multiple teams when required.
Experience Required
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretary role (legal experience preferred but not essential!)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive and flexible “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Passion for delivering high quality client service.
