This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and design focused sales professional to join a luxury interiors showroom in Harrogate. The role involves delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales of premium products. You will work with a wide range of clients including homeowners, architects, designers and contractors, building strong relationships and guiding them through a consultative sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the showroom and product ranges
- Provide accurate quotations and costings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
- Use CRM systems to track sales activity and client interactions
- Present products confidently, explaining features and design benefits
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Support marketing and client communications where required
- Assist with architectural/technical drawings where needed
- Contribute to a collaborative showroom environment
Experience Required:
- Experience within a customer facing sales role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Target driven, with a consultative sales approach
- Good numeracy and attention to detail
- CRM and Microsoft Office skills
