Job Title: Administration Coordinator

Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire

Salary: Β£26,500 – Β£29,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Coordinator to join a vibrant and supportive team based in Harrogate. You will provide essential administrative support to enabling workers and management teams, helping ensure the smooth delivery of services.

Responsibilities Of Administration Coordinator

  • Support onboarding activities for new team members
  • Assist with finance, communications and event administration
  • Provide support across ICT, learning and development and quality compliance functions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Deliver efficient administrative support across the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure day to day operations run smoothly

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration or coordination experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Positive, proactive and team focused approach
  • Commitment to delivering excellent service
