Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm

We’re working with a highly successful, fast‑scaling organisation that is investing heavily in its people function. As part of this growth, the HR department is now looking to appoint a dynamic HR and Learning & Development Coordinator to join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team.
Overview
You’ll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle, working across a broad mix of HR activities while also having the opportunity to shape and develop key areas of the function over time. You’ll play a central role in supporting daily HR operations while also getting involved in wider people initiatives. From employee relations and recruitment through to engagement and HR systems, you’ll be at the heart of a busy and evolving department. Longer term, there is a clear pathway to take ownership of Learning & Development, making this an ideal role for someone keen to build their expertise and progress. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with HR data, helping to turn insights into meaningful reports that support decision making across the business.
Key Areas of Involvement
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing HR processes
- Assisting with employee relations matters and providing guidance to managers
- Coordinating recruitment activity and candidate experience
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Maintaining and improving HR systems, processes and records
- Producing reports and analysing HR data (Excel/system based)
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing into a key contact for Learning & Development over time
About You
- Previous experience within an HR support or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage varied workloads
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
- A genuine interest in developing within HR, particularly in L&D
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous but not essential
