Location: Dewsbury, West Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £31,000 basic + Bonus with realistic OTE of £36,500

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries, providing accurate and competitive quotations
  • Take full ownership of customer accounts, building long term relationships
  • Proactively generate business through proactive contact and account development
  • Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Consistently follow up quotations to drive conversion and revenue growth
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Source products to meet customer requirements where needed
  • Communicate clearly around pricing, availability and delivery expectations
  • Contribute to wider sales strategy through market and customer insight
