Your Duties As Account Manager Will Include:
- Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to successful completion of the finance agreement.
- Assess client needs and identify the most suitable funding solutions from a panel of reputable lenders.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to both new and existing clients, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers, positioning yourself as their trusted finance advisor.
- Keep clients fully updated throughout the finance process, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service from application to completion.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a sales role within financial or FCA regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Self motivated, confident and driven to succeed in a fast paced environment.
- A proactive team player with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
