Our client is seeking a proactive and customer focused Vehicle Service Customer Experience Advisor to act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and high quality service experience from start to finish.

Your duties as Vehicle Service Advisor:

  • Manage all customer interactions throughout the service and repair journey, ensuring a premium experience.
  • Liaise closely with the workshop to coordinate vehicle progress and communicate completion times.
  • Identify customer service and repair requirements, agreeing work scope and timeframes.
  • Upsell additional parts and services where appropriate, adding value to the customer experience.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding their vehicle status.
  • Support parts sourcing and distribution to technicians and customers where required.
  • Maintain accurate records, job details and customer communications.
  • Process payments and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.
