They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team, supporting customers with complex technical issues and delivering high quality solutions. This role would suit someone from an IT support, field engineering or technical services background who enjoys troubleshooting, customer interaction and taking ownership of issues through to resolution. You'll work with a range of collaboration and workplace technologies, supporting customers remotely and when required on site while developing your technical expertise within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and at customer locations.
  • Manage support cases from initial investigation through to resolution.
