Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum + progression + commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
What you'll be doing as Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
- Supporting real mortgage cases from enquiry to completion
- Helping prepare applications, documents and client files
- Speaking with clients and lenders (yes, real conversations, not just background admin)
- Learning how mortgage advice actually works in practice
- Getting trained in regulations, compliance and products
- Building confidence to move into a full advisory role
- Working towards qualifications with full support
What we're looking for:
- Someone switched on, curious and quick to learn
- Strong communicator who's comfortable speaking with people
- Organised, detail focused and reliable
- A get stuck in mindset, not afraid to ask questions
- Ideally prior relevant industry exposure
- Interest in building a long term career (not just a job)
- CeMAP qualification/ interest is a bonus
