Key Responsibilities as Finance Manager:
- Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring an efficient and accurate finance function.
- Produce monthly management accounts, financial reports and performance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning activities.
- Oversee sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll and VAT processes.
- Manage reconciliations and financial controls across multiple business entities.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial and financial insight.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
About You
You'll likely already be working as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Senior Accountant or similar and be comfortable operating in a hands-on SME environment. You'll enjoy balancing day-to-day financial management with providing commercial insight and will be confident managing workloads, improving processes and supporting colleagues across the wider business. Qualified, part qualified and qualified by experience candidates are all encouraged to apply.
